A Health and Wellness Coach (HWC) doesn’t tell you what to do: you are driving. You are the expert in being you: your history, your likes and dislikes, your successes, and the places you are stuck. An HWC is a navigator that helps you uncover power that you didn’t know you have to make the changes you want to make. (You can read my take about the difference between a coach and a trainer here.) We recommend a 12-session package over about 3 months to make transformative changes and it saves you 10% per session. This is payable in advance, or in payments if you prefer. 6-packs of session are available, too.
