Yes, I finally did it! The whole pandemic thingy and getting a day job kind of put me NOT in a rush. But I reviewed, took the exam, then slayed it.
The American Council on Exercise certifies that I am able “to develop and implement personalized exercise programs that improve fitness and overall well-being for individuals and small groups. They focus on helping people enhance their function, health, fitness, and performance, and modify risk factors for chronic disease to improve health.”
