I started this site with dreams of being a trainer just in the middle of the COVID lockdown during 2020, thinking it would be over quickly.

Then I got a good day job, and put this on the shelf for a while. Well, my day job is a little dull, and I’m not helping people as much as I am helping insurance companies. So. . .

As a result, I’m continuing my studies, now to become a board certified Health and Wellness Coach, which adds change psychology and nutrition to the core skills of a personal trainer. When you know for certain that you want to improve something, you find someone who knows a lot more than you do and submit to what they prescribe in order for you to get better. It’’s the same whether it’s fitness, career, finance, or even spiritual gains.
